Colloseum
Secrets:
#1) Get Ho-oh:
First snag and purify every shadow pkmn in the game, 48 in total. Then take your story mode
team and use it to defeat the Battle Mode Mt. Battle. Ho-oh will appear in an empty space in your pkmn storage box, which
is in story mode.
#2) Extra Time Flutes.
These are easy to get. For the first one, use the U-disk in the Under to
have the UFO fly you into a secret room on top of the Windmill in Pyrite Town.
The second flute is
received after you clear Mt. Battle in
story mode.
Box Secrets:
#1) Extra Eggs:
There are many special eggs you get when you fill up the storage
boxes with certain number of pkmn from one version only! When these eggs hatch the pkmn will have moves they wouldn't be able
to have through level or breeding. You get the first one when you start using this storage system so you don't have to worry.
The pkmn that hatch and the moves they have will be posted soon.
Unlocking Jirachi and Deoxys:
Jirachi: The
only current way to unlock Jirachi without using game enhancers is to use the promo disk you got when you reserved Colloseum.
Deoxys: To unlock this pkmn it is a legnthy process. Follow this link to find out how to prepare you Fire/Leaf version

Deoxys:
It is possible to
get Deoxys at an island in which you solve a
simple puzzle.
Jirachi:
To get Jirachi, use the Pokemon Colosseum bonus disc and transfer
it, just as you would
to Pokemon Ruby or Sapphire.
National Dex:
Have over sixty Pokemon in your Pokedex and defeat the Elite Four.
Return to Pallet
Town and see the professor. He will give the
National Dex to Gary and yourself.
You can use it to see the data
for all 386 Pokemon.
Hint: Get all starters:
To get all the starters (Bulbasaur,Charmander, and Squirtle), you
will need two Game Boy
Advances and another Pokemon GBA game. Start
with Bulbasaur, then trade it to your other Pokemon game. After
that,
start a new game. Start with Charmander and trade it. Then,
start another new game and start with Squirtle. Keep Squirtle
and
catch two Pokemon that you do not want. Trade them for the other two
starters you traded to your other Pokemon
game. You will now have
all three starters. Cheat: Mystery Gift
In any Pokemon Center, go to the clipboard by the shop owner and enter "Link Together With All." You will now have access
to the mystery gift system.
Hint: Islands 1-3
To unlock islands 1-3 you must
beat the first 7 gyms.
Hint: Puppy Starters
When you choose your starter, later on in
the game, depending on your choice, you will have the chance to catch a legendary dog. The dog you will receive has an element
that adds a strength to your Pokemon.
